It's Amazing Nails offers free domestic shipping on orders over $100. Please be advised that heavy (5 lbs and over), and oversized items are not eligible for free shipping. The item weight is listed on the product page of that item and also on the shopping cart.
We recommend for adding a signature for large orders. We are not responsible for any orders that are stolen if customers so choose to remove the signature requirement from their order.
Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Marketplace orders may take 1-5 days to be delivered depending on the shipping methods. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
* All orders are shipped in the order they are received. The shipping cut-off time is 4:00pm EST.
** Rates apply to all continental US addresses including P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).
*** Our warehouse ships out orders Monday through Friday, excluding all US postal holidays.
**** Your ship time will vary depending on complexity of the order placed.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more (excluding taxes). Offer valid for shipping to continental US, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping
We love international buyers! also you can give us your shipping information in your own language.
Lots of our customers choose USPS international shipping service because the cost is cheap, but there are these following risks:
* It is not too much, There is a 3-5% chance that it will be returned.
- Even if all shipping information is correct, it is returned due to unknown reasons.
* In other cases
In this case, USPS will not refund the shipping cost, and we will re-charge the shipping cost to you and resend it.
In this case, We can reimburse the items only, not the shipping cost.
* Important Legalese: All international orders (excluding Canada) are subject to local fees, taxes, duties, and customs.
It's Amazing Nails does not cover these additional charges, and the charges can be significant, so check with your local Customs office before you order.

Order change/ cancellation
A refund for 100% of the customer’s purchase price will be issued to the customer for a canceled order prior to the order has been processed. After the order has been processed/shipped, any requests for change or cancellation of the order will be subjected to a cancellation/restocking fee of 10% of the total order amount. NO CANCELLATION OR CHANGE ON A SPECIAL/DISCOUNT ORDER.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order will be shipped out by shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or Freight shipping. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties, and taxes
It's Amazing Nails is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost Package/Damages
It's Amazing Nails is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If the package is lost because of faults from the carrier, then please file a claim with the carrier and the customer will receive a replacement package. If an item is returned due to the mistake of It's Amazing Nails, It's Amazing Nails will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item.
