Salon owners, licensed nail professionals, beauty supply stores, online retailers and distributors purchasing for their businesses.
What to prepare
Completed and signed application, plus a Business License or other business information if available. A resale certificate is not required to apply for a wholesale account.

Email your completed application and available business documents. If requesting tax exemption, include the appropriate resale or exemption certificate for review.

We’ll verify your business and contact you about approval and wholesale ordering. Tax exemption is reviewed separately; wholesale approval does not automatically make purchases tax-exempt.
Download, complete and sign the PDF, then email it to us. Applicable sales tax is charged unless valid exemption documentation is verified for an eligible purchase. A certificate does not exempt every purchase. Downloading alone does not submit an application.
